Can we use the MintChip logo in our video and application? The ones from here: http://developer.mintchipchallenge.com/downloads/MintChipFinalLogos.zip

    Hi David,

    Thank you for your question. Please do not use the MintChip logo in your video or application.

    Per the Official Rules:
    "All intellectual property related to this Competition, including but not limited to trademarks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned or use under license by the Sponsor and/or the Administrator. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owners is strictly prohibited."

    You are correct, please disregard my earlier reply. Entrants can use the materials provided in the Branding and Media Kits here: http://developer.mintchipchallenge.com/downloads.php
