SDK for non-competitors
Is the Mint willing to make the SDK available to people who are interested in developing an app, but who aren't eligible to participate in the competition (UK resident)? I'd be willing to pay a modest amount for the dev kit.

I second that, a digital currency is not restricted by borders constraining it will limit it. Let's also have the SDK in the UK.

Questions:
- What currency shall we use?
- Or shall we make a new Global-Currency?
- Or shall we just make APIs that do currency exchange on the fly / with every payment?
This of course has the disadvantage that network less payments will only work in the original currency stored on the card.
Lobbying with governments will become great fun ;-)

Hi Tom and John,
Thanks for writing. For The MintChip Challenge, the SDK will only be available to challenge participants. We do, however, truly appreciate your interest in the challenge. I will be making sure that our team is aware that developers in the UK are interested in working with the SDK. Many thanks to you both.
Best,
Marny
