Certificate management on Windows 7 ...
I'm looking at the steps to install the two Remote (hosted) MintChips and it requires the Certificate Snap-in for MMC ... but I don't have that option on Windows 7 Home Premium.
Does this imply I can only install user certs/mintchips on Server-class windows machines?

Also, is it required to be added to the OS or is it sufficient to add them to the browser?
If so, how do I add them to Chrome?

I imported one in Firefox and was able to use the online demos.
Steps for Chrome are almost identical: http://www.onlinehowto.net/install-ssl-certificate-in-google-chrome/1476
