Certificates

my second certificate i got from the email keeps saying invalid password even though i am using the one that was supplied with it.

  Just to rule it out: are you copy-and-pasting the password, or typing it? Any one/lowercase-ell or zero/capital-oh possible misreads of the password?

  tried copy and pasting along with typing neither solution works

  As they seem ready and able to swap out problem physical MintChips, I'm sure if you contact them they'll send you a new cert.
