Can't be done
Each unit of digital money has to be unique, which violates the requirement that private information cannot be not leaked.

If you consider a chip id to be private info, then no.
Much like a serial id on bills. Totally trackable.

I think this technology is meant to take away the need to have coinage, which as far as I know, only shows the mint year and location of the mint in which it was produced. In a digital coinage system, these markers would be unnecessary.

It's anonymous so long as there is no communication outside of the two parties involved in an exchange and the e-currency has no markers indicating with whom the currency has changed hands.
I'm still waiting to get the API and DOCS and be permitted to join this challenge to investigate these security claims.
