"Lock" on SD Card Adapter

Just in case anyone else has this problem:

If the MintChip is mounted in the SD Card (rather than the USB dongle), and the "Lock" switch is engaged, the 'MintChipSample.exe' (and presumably any other application) will not recognize the existence of the MintChip.
