How does one apply to be a Trusted Broker?

What are the criteria for becoming a Trusted Broker? Can someone elaborate please?

    I suspect only banks and other large corporate entities will be eligible to become trusted brokers. I would also assume that such functions as transferring values between accounts and mint chips would be quite common.
